Fallen tree branch at Havelock Rd causes traffic jam

Stomper Roy was travelling along Havelock road when he got stuck in a jam today (Jun 23) at around 12.20pm.

The cause of the jam was a huge tree branch that had fallen off a tree and onto the road.

Together with the heavy rain, traffic was moving at a crawl.

When he finally cleared the jam, he said that the tree branch was still there and had not been cleared.
