Fallen motorcyclist lies on road and looks at phone after accident with van on PIE

A 66-year-old motorcyclist was injured in an accident with a van on the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) on Tuesday (May 23).
Stomper Rohaizat shared a video showing a man lying on the expressway next to a toppled motorcycle. He appeared to be looking at his phone.
Two men can be seen standing next to a dark-coloured van with a dented left door nearby.
In response to a Stomp query, the Singapore Civil Defence Force said that it was alerted to a road traffic accident along PIE towards Tuas before Adam Road exit at about 5.45 p.m.
The male motorcyclist was conscious when taken to Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
Police told Stomp that investigations are ongoing.
