Eww! Diner throws away $7.30 lunch from Novena Square food court after finding worm in it

Imagine spending $7.30 on your lunch -- only to have to throw it all away.

That was exactly what happened to Stomper James, who found a dead caterpillar in his yong tau foo meal today (June 6) at around noon.

He had purchased the noodles from the food court at Novena Square.

Said the Stomper:

"Halfway through eating, to my horror, I found a dead caterpillar in my noodles.

"Was disgusted by the sight of my food. I couldn't continue eating and threw my food away but it cost me $7.30.

"Will not buy from this stall at Kopitiam again."
