Elderly man hit by van while dashing across road in Bedok, taken unconscious to hospital

An elderly man dashed across the road and was hit by a van on Oct 6, along Bedok Reservoir Road heading towards Kaki Bukit.
A video was posted on SG Road Vigilante's Facebook page.
As the van was driving straight, the man ran across the road.
The van brakes after hitting the man, who falls to the ground.
In response to a Stomp query, the police said: "On Oct 6 at 7.20pm, the police were alerted to an accident involving a van and a pedestrian along Bedok Reservoir Road towards Kaki Bukit.
"The pedestrian, a 64-year-old man, was unconscious when conveyed to Changi General Hospital."
Police investigations are ongoing.
