Personal Mobility Devices (PMDs) are not allowed on roads yet some youths were spotted speeding along Defu Lane on Sep 27.
Stomper Allen alerted Stomp to a video that was posted on All Singapore Stuff's Facebook page of a trio of e-scooter riders.

In the post, the contributor said they were going at speeds between '80 to 90kmh'.
Under the Active Mobility Act, e-scooters are not allowed on the roads.
They can also only travel up to 25khm on a shared path.
