Another Personal Mobility Device (PMD) was spotted on a road on Sunday (August 18) at about 3.30pm.

Stomper Allen alerted Stomp to a video of the incident that was published on a Facebook page, SG Road Vigilante.

The video was uploaded on Sunday with a caption: "PMD e-scooter ride like his father Road causing dangerous to road users along Upper Thomson Road after junction Sin Ming Ave."

The video has since garnered over 40 reactions and 16 shares.

In the video, a PMD rider is seen on the leftmost lane before he cuts across and gets onto the rightmost lane.

Some netizens have commented about how the driver should have honked at the PMD rider.

Others mentioned that the driver was driving a little too quickly along the road.

One netizen, in particular, was rather bummed when the video concluded.
