E-biker zooms down Holland Road with pillion rider -- and neither of them are wearing helmets

Stomper Norin was travelling along Holland Road yesterday (Sep 5) when he saw an e-biker zooming alongside him without a helmet.
The Stomper was shocked that the e-biker and his pillion rider were both not wearing helmets.
The Stomper added that they were riding from Holland Road to Boon Lay.
According to the Land Transport Authority (LTA), power assisted bicycle (PAB) users must wear a suitable protective helmet.
