E-bike rider ignores red light signal and swerves in front of cars at Upper Cross Street

An e-bike rider was caught on video travelling across a pedestrian crossing despite the red man showing and swerving to avoid a collision with a car along Upper Cross Street on June 23.

Stomper Kino alerted Stomp to the incident that was shared on SG Road Vigilante's YouTube page.

In the video, the rider is seen dashing across the road just as the traffic light turns green for motorists.

He swerves out of the way just in time to avoid a collision with a white car before continuing to make a right turn alongside other vehicles.

Netizens remarked on his "skills" but said he may not be as lucky if he tried to pull that stunt again.
