No U-turn sign, but driver makes reckless turn without checking for oncoming traffic at Cantonment Road

A driver almost cause an accident by making an illegal U-turn at Cantonment Road recently.

The driver is seen making a U-turn at a right-turn on a rainy day.

And, oncoming drivers are forced to jam on their brakes.

One driver comes to within inches of crashing into the car.
