Driver with no card in IU tailgates car out of Jurong West carpark

The driver of a Hyundai was caught on video tailgating a car out of a carpark at Jurong West Street 93 last Friday evening (June 21).

Stomper Don alerted Stomp and shared a video of the incident that he posted on SG Road Vigilante's Facebook group page.

He told Stomp the incident happened near Block 974 at about 8.15pm.

In the video, the LED screen reflects a parking fee of over $5 when the Hyundai approaches the gantry.

It then flashes the words: "NO CARD IN IU (in-vehicle unit)"

The Hyundai driver then proceeds to exit the carpark without paying for parking.

"I should have inched out slower," said Don.
