Driver tailgates car past Mandarin Orchard carpark gantry, turns off headlights to be tactical

Stomper Steve saw a Honda Civic driver tailgate his vehicle out of the Mandarin Orcard carpark at 9.30pm on Thursday (June 8).

The Stomper was exiting the carpark when he saw a driver tailgate him.

Dashboard-camera footage the Stomper sent to Stomp shows the Civic following Steve's car up to the gantry

The barrier almost hits the Civic, before raising up at the last second after sensing the car.

"He was instealth mode while in the carpark and only switched on his car headlights after he successfully made it," said Steve.

"There are bad drivers and there are cheapskate ones."
