Driver stuns pedestrians after ending up on pavement in front of City Square Mall

Pedestrians were shocked when a driver took a wrong turn and his car ended up on a pavement outside City Square Mall on Sunday afternoon (Jan 26).

Stomper Jai alerted Stomp to the incident and shared a video he took of the car.

"The driver wanted to turn into City Square Residences but thought the pavement was the road and ended up there," he said.

"It happened so quickly that I was in shock too.

"Thank God no one was at the pavement waiting to cross the road at that time.

"People were shocked and some were angry and frustrated.

"Two gentlemen assisted the driver to reverse and get back onto the road.

"It took about seven minutes."
