A driver almost caused an accident along Mandai Avenue towards the Sembawang Road exit on Sept 23.

Stomper Johnson told Stomp he was driving along the road at about 12.17pm when he encountered the other driver.

"I had signalled my intention to exit and upon checking if it was safe, I entered the exit lane," said the Stomper.

"However, the Toyota picked up speed from the road shoulder to cut in and almost hit the left side of my vehicle.

"Not sure if he was drunk or had the intention to cause an accident."

The Stomper added that the car had a P-plate on it and the driver looked to be a 40 to 50-year-old male.
