Dead otter found lying on grass patch along Yishun Avenue 1

An otter was found lying motionless on a grass patch along Yishun Avenue 1 on Thursday morning (May 30).

Stomper Emunah alerted Stomp to the incident and shared photos and a video taken of the dead animal.

The Stomper was on his way to work at a construction site when he came across the carcass at about 9.45am.

It was lying near the junction at Yishun Avenue 8, close to Yishun Dam.

"I didn't see what happened to it," he said.

"It's such a pity."
