Cyclist dashes in front of car in near-accident at Yishun

A cyclist and a car were involved in a near-accident in Yishun on Monday (June 28).

Footage of the incident was posted SG Road Vigilante's YouTube channel.

In the video, the vehicle with the in-car camera is seen exiting a carpark in the Chong Pang area.

Just before reaching the main road, a cyclist suddenly appears on the left and nearly gets hit by the car.

Fortunately, the vehicle managed to stop in time.

The cyclist loses balance and looks down at his bike before raising his arm at the driver and riding off.

Netizens have slammed the cyclist for dashing across without stopping and looking both ways for traffic first.
