Close shave! E-biker nearly knocked down by car at Bukit Panjang Road

An electric bike rider nearly got into an accident with a car at a road junction.

Facebook page SG Road Vigilante posted a video of the incident that occurred at Bukit Panjang Road on Sunday (Dec 12), at around noon.

In the video, the e-biker can be seen riding across the road despite the traffic light not being in his favour.

At the same time, the car is seen "trying to dash across the junction" before the traffic light turns red, said the video caption.

Netizens noted the near-miss and said things could have turned fatal.
