A road user came across a large group of cyclists hogging the leftmost lane along Yishun Dam recently.

Facebook user Juu Juv posted a video of the incident and said: "Wawa cycylist so special ha until can take one whole lane for their use."

It is unclear when exactly the incident happened, but the video's time-stamp shows that it was captured some time in July.

One user commented on the video and said: "I scolded them before, never pay road tax and still so arrogant? They retorted, 'It's not that we don't pay road tax, it's the government that doesn't accept it. Do you know how much one bicycle of ours cost?' I was speechless."

Singapore Uncensored also posted about the incident and referred to the "errant cyclists" as the "Tour de France".

The Tour de France is an annual men's multiple-stage bicycle race primarily held in France, while also occasionally passing through nearby countries.
