Car mounts kerb near Mount Alvernia Hospital

A car was involved in an accident along Lornie Road on Wednesday night (June 1).

Stomper Kay shared a video of a stationary Honda Shuttle Hybrid mounting a kerb near Mount Alvernia Hospital.

The vehicle appeared to have knocked down some road signs and can be seen with one front wheel hovering above a drain.

Its driver can be spotted in his car seat, with one foot out the door.

Responding to a query by Stomp, police said they were alerted to an accident involving a car along Lornie Road towards Thomson Road at 11.47pm.

No injuries were reported.

Police investigations are ongoing.
