Car mangled in accident on CTE

A car was badly damaged in an accident on the Central Expressway (CTE) on Wednesday afternoon (Jun 17).

A Stomper alerted Stomp to photos taken at the scene that were posted on Facebook.

In the photos, the front of a blue car is completely mangled and its front bumper is detached.

It appears to have crashed into the side railing along the expressway.

At 4.50pm, the Land Transport Authority (LTA) tweeted the accident had occurred after the entrance to the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE).

Stomp understands no one was injured in the incident.
