In the video, the driver of a red Honda is seen turning left.

She appears to press on her brakes as she approaches the pedestrian crossing but moves forward as a cyclist starts crossing the road.

The car hits the front of the bicycle, causing the cyclist to lose his balance and roll onto the ground.

The woman then exits the vehicle and talks to the man before helping him to pick up his bike and moving it to the side of the road.

Although some netizens said the driver should have given way to the cyclist, others said that the cyclist should have seen her at the crossing before going ahead.
