Car ends up on grass patch after accident in Tampines

A car crashed into a road sign along Tampines Avenue 8, towards Tampines Street 71, on Thursday (Oct 15).

The police told Stomp that they were alerted to the car accident at 12.49am.

Stomper Lina, a resident in the vicinity, shared photos of the accident scene where the car can be seen on the grass patch. In one picture, an ambulance is also spotted at the scene.

However, no injuries were reported.

Lina said: "The driver banged into a signage. Luckily, no one was injured.

"Is the driver sleepy?"

Police investigations are ongoing.
