Car almost collides with bus after beating red light at Bukit Batok

A car almost collided with an SBS Transit bus after beating the red light at Bukit Batok West Avenue 6 on Friday (Aug 7).

Stomper Anonymous alerted Stomp to the incident and shared a video of what happened.

According to the timestamp on the video taken from his in-car camera, the incident occurred at 5.19pm

In the video, a car can be seen driving through a red light at a junction.

Another car can be seen following suit and almost colliding with an SBS Transit bus coming from another direction.

The video then shows the car reversing to allow the SBS Transit bus to pass.

"The driver is an elderly man," the Stomper shared.

"I am sharing this because I want to spread awareness about such road violations to the public."
