Stomper Dean was driving along Portsdow Road on Nov 13, when he noticed something was quite not right about the Toyota in front of him.

Upon closer look, he noticed that the digit "7" on the Toyota's license plate appeared to have been covered with tape.

Dean said: "Bro, what's up with your licence plate?"
