Cabby's reckless lane change was THIS close to causing accident

Stomper Hui Min was driving along Lornie Road on Monday (Jun 12) morning when she encountered a reckless cabby.

The taxi driver had come from the extreme right lane, driving dangerously so that he could get into the first lane where Hui Min was.

In a video submitted by the Stomper, it appeared that the cabby had made a late decision to exit to the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) towards Changi Airport.

"He was just a few inches away from causing an accident," said Hui Min.

"I swerved to the left just in time to avoid him.

"Had I not driven to the side there definitely would have been an impact.

"It's just really dangerous driving."
