BMW driver throws tissue out of car while exiting HomeTeamNS Bukit Batok carpark

A BMW driver was caught on video tossing a piece of tissue out of his car while exiting the HomeTeamNS Bukit Batok carpark on Wednesday afternoon (Aug 31).

Stomper Lenard was driving his car behind the BMW when he witnessed the act.

In a video shared by Lenard, the BMW driver is seen opening his door after passing the carpark gantry.

He is then seen leaning out before closing his door again.

A piece of tissue paper is then seen lying on the ground.

"He should be fined for littering," said the Stomper.
