Bedok Reservoir Road double murder: Elderly couple found dead at Blk 717

An elderly couple were found dead at a second-floor unit at Block 717 Bedok Reservoir Road yesterday (Jun 21).

Stomper Gene alerted Stomp to the incident and shared photos showing police cordoning off the area.

The police said it received a call for assistance at the unit at around 3.39pm.

Upon arrival, police officers found a 79-year-old man and 78-year-old woman lying motionless at the said location.

They were pronounced dead by paramedics at the scene at about 3.57pm.

Police have classified the case as murder and investigations are ongoing.
