Auntie takes clothes and pegs hanging outside neighbour's home at Choa Chu Kang

A woman was caught on video taking clothes hanging outside her neighbour's unit at Block 485D Choa Chu Kang Avenue 5 on Thursday (Sep 5) at about 4am.

Stomper Mohd alerted Stomp to the incident and shared footage taken from his relative's surveillance camera.

"My relatives' clothes are always missing so they decided to install a CCTV to monitor who is taking them," he said.

"Sure enough, an old lady is seen coming and taking the clothes away.

"For your information, the outfit the woman is wearing in the video also belongs to my relative."

In the video, the woman is seen passing by the laundry hanging outside Mohd's relatives' home and touching one of the items while on her way to apparently throw away rubbish.

On her way back, she takes the clothes off the railing and walks away with them and the pegs used to hang them.

"Another video taken on the day before (Sep 4) at about 5am shows the woman scanning the area before she returned to take the clothes on Thursday morning," said Mohd.

"I'm not sure if my relatives have made a police report yet."
