Athletes in S'pore push their limits and work out together -- to raise money for youths at risk

Physical activities like crossfit, running and swimming have always been deemed as solo sports, where individuals reap the benefits of their own efforts -- until now.

In this inspiring video by The Hidden Good, Operation Broken Wing shows how athletes can come together and push themselves beyond their limits to raise funds and benefit a multitude of others.

For instance, each rep crunched out is a sum of money raised for youths at risk.

At the same time, people also have immense fun while working out with one another.

Never forget that "all the fitness in the world amounts to nothing if you can’t extend a helping hand."
