AirAsia CEO Tony Fernandes does a bit of housekeeping on board flight AK6306

The charismatic CEO of AirAsia, Tony Fernandes is well known for his down-to-earth personality and belief in working together with his employees.

Holding true to his "walk-around" management style, a Twitter video shows him taking on the task of a crew member by vacuuming one of AirAsia's fleet of planes.

The video was posted by AirAsia's head of commuciations, Aziz Laikar who wrote: 

"One extra crew on board flight AK6306 to Langkawi. Well done on keeping it super clean @tonyfernandes #airasia."
