80-year-old driver taken to hospital after accident at Mountbatten Road junction

An 80-year-old driver was taken to hospital after an accident involving two cars at the junction of Tanjong Katong Road and Mountbatten Road on Monday morning (April 26).
In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the accident at 7.41am.
The elderly male driver was conscious when taken to hospital.
Stomper Allys shared photos that were taken at around 8.20am, showing two damaged cars - including a BMW - at the scene.
An ambulance and paramedics can also be seen.
Police investigations are ongoing.
