A 78-year-old man was found dead at the foot of a Housing Board (HDB) block in Toa Payoh on Wednesday morning (Oct 9).
In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to a case of unnatural death at Block 205 Toa Payoh North at 9.44am.
The elderly man was found lying motionless and was pronounced dead by paramedics at the scene.
