A 68-year-old man died after an accident involving his motorcycle and a truck at the junction of Penjuru Road and Tanjong Penjuru on Thursday (May 11).
Stomper Lim alerted Stomp to the incident and shared a video showing a badly damaged motorcycle lying in the middle of the junction, cordoned off by traffic cones.
"I was passing by on bus service 78 when I saw three police cars and a motorcycle that had crashed so badly," he said.
"A trailer truck had stopped opposite."
In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the accident at 5.21pm.
"The 68-year-old male motorcyclist was conveyed unconscious to the hospital where he subsequently passed away," a police spokesman said.
"A 54-year-old male truck driver is assisting with the investigations."
Police investigations are ongoing.
