37-year-old woman and 2-year-old child sent to hospital after accident at Eunos Ave 5

A 37-year-old woman and a two-year-old child were sent to the hospital after an accident involving a taxi and a car at around 11.03am yesterday (June 23).

The collision took place at the three-way junction of Paya Lebar Road, Geylang East Central and Eunos Avenue 5.

Stomper Kim had passed by the scene and took photos of the two damaged vehicles.

Said the Stomper: "This happened beside the Lifelong Learning Institute."

In response to media queries, a Police spokesperson told Stomp that the woman was sent to Tan Tock Seng Hospital and the child was conscious when conveyed to KK Women's and Children's Hospital.

Police investigations are ongoing.
