3 sustain minor injuries in chain collision along PIE towards Changi

Multiple vehicles were involved in a chain collision along the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) towards Changi, after the Eunos exit, at around 5pm yesterday (Dec 20).

Stomper Jolene, who passed by the scene, contributed a video and said: "I think around 10 to 12 vehicles were involved."

In response to media queries by Stomp, the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said it was alerted to the accident at 5.08pm and dispatched one ambulance.

Three people were assessed with minor injuries but refused conveyance to the hospital.
