3 pedestrians taken to hospital after accident with Volvo at Bras Basah Road

Three pedestrians were taken to hospital after an accident with a car along Bras Basah Road on Tuesday afternoon (March 5).

Stomper MC was passing by the area at around 5pm when he noticed the accident scene outside the Fairmont Singapore hotel.

He said: "Three fire engines and two ambulances were at the scene."

Photos taken by MC show a black Volvo that had mounted the kerb.

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the accident at 4.40pm.

The three pedestrians, aged between 29 and 68, were conscious when taken to hospital.

Police investigations are ongoing.
