3 men arrested after electronic chips worth $100,000 stolen at Greenwich Drive

Three men, aged between 24 and 37, have been arrested for theft after electronic chips amounting to around $100,000 were stolen at Greenwich Drive.

The police said they were alerted to the case on March 15, at around 2.48pm.

Through ground enquiries and with the aid of images from CCTVs cameras, officers from Bedok Police Division established the identities of the three men and arrested them on Wednesday (Sep 11).

They will be charged in court on Sep 13 for theft as a servant with common intention.

If convicted, they face a jail term of up to seven years and a fine.
