3, including 4-year-old child, taken to hospital after 3-car accident at Sembawang Road junction

Three people were taken to hospital after an accident involving three cars at the junction of Sembawang Road, Sembawang Avenue and Canberra Road on Sunday afternoon (July 11).

A Stomper shared with Stomp photos and videos of the wrecked vehicles.

One of the cars, a blue sedan, had flipped over onto its roof.

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the accident at 4.32pm.

"One of the car drivers and his two passengers, aged between 4 and 33, were conscious when conveyed to the hospital," a police spokesman said.

"Two other car drivers refused conveyance."

Police investigations are ongoing.
