29-year-old motorcyclist taken to hospital after accident with lorry in Punggol

A 29-year-old motorcyclist was taken to hospital after an accident with a lorry in Punggol on Friday night (March 26).

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the accident along Punggol Central towards Punggol Way at 11.28pm.

The male motorcyclist was conscious when taken to hospital.

Stomper Kenny, who sent a photo showing the motorcyclist lying on the road, said he had been on his way home after cycling when he heard a loud bang.

Kenny added: "I hope the rider is fine."

Police investigations are ongoing.
