25-year-old man arrested for molesting 2 women, aged 22 and 50

A 25-year-old man was arrested for allegedly molesting two women, aged 22 and 50, in the vicinity of Ubi Avenue 1 and Jalan Tenaga.

The women reported the incidents to the police on Monday (Sep 14).

Through follow-up investigations and with the aid of images from police cameras, officers from Bedok Police Division established the man's identity and arrested him within 24 hours on Sep 15.

The man will be charged in court on Sep 17 with outrage of modesty, which carries a jail term of up to two years and/or caning.
