25-year-old man arrested for allegedly molesting 14-year-old girl at Bukit Batok void deck

A 25-year-old man was arrested on Saturday (Feb 15) for allegedly molesting a 14-year-old girl at Bukit Batok Avenue 6.

The police said that they received a report about the incident, which occurred at the void deck of the residential block, on Feb 10.

Through follow-up investigations, officers from Jurong Police Division established the man's identity and arrested him.

The man will be charged in court on Monday.

If convicted, he faces a jail term of up to two years and/or a fine and/or caning.
