24-year-old man arrested for allegedly molesting victim at Geylang Road

A 24-year-old man was arrested for allegedly molesting a victim along Geylang Road on Sunday (Nov 14).

The police said they received a report about the incident at around 10.42am.

The man was arrested on the same day, within 12 hours of the report, after follow-up investigations and with the aid of images from police cameras

He will be charged in court with outrage of modesty on Monday.

The offence carries a jail term of up to two years and/or a fine and/or caning.
