A 23-year-old man was arrested after he was caught punching a police car and allegedly reeking of alcohol on Saturday night (Oct 23).
In a video circulating on social media, a man wearing a yellow T-shirt is seen walking up to a police car parked near Rochor Neighbourhood Police Centre (NPC) and landing a blow on the vehicle's bonnet before walking away.

He is then pursued by a group of police officers.
In response to a Stomp query, the police said they received a call for assistance at 38 Norris Road.
"A 23-year-old man who allegedly reeked of alcohol was subsequently arrested for causing annoyance to the public when drunk under Section 14(2) of the Liquor Control Act," a police spokesman said.
Police investigations are ongoing.
