2 women taken to hospital after accident involving 2 cars at Sengkang junction

An accident involving two cars occurred at the junction of Sengkang West Way and Fernvale Link at around 11pm on Tuesday (May 15).

The police told Stomp that they were alerted to the accident at 10.56pm.

A 56-year-old female car driver and a 38-year-old female car passenger were conscious when taken to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.

One person refused conveyance to the hospital, said the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) in response to a Stomp query.

A group of people, one of whom was seated while another was kneeling down, can be seen gathered on the pavement nearby.

Police investigations are ongoing.
