19-year-old motorcyclist taken to hospital after accident with truck and van in Yishun

A 19-year-old woman was taken to hospital after an accident involving her motorcycle, a cement mixer truck and a van in Yishun on Tuesday afternoon (Oct 15).

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the three-vehicle accident at the junction of Yishun Avenue 7 and Yishun Avenue 2 at 4.52pm.

The motorcyclist was conscious when taken to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.

In photos contributed by Stomper Richard, the motorcycle can be seen lying on the road, in front of the truck.

Police investigations are ongoing.
