Stomper Serenity found a black bag with short handles at Stadium MRT Station today (May 5) at 7.45am.
The bag contained a Windows tablet and a stack of white paper in it.
The Stomper said the tablet was locked but that the name, Jon Toh could be seen on it.
He said that he will keep it safe for today and report it to the police tomorrow (May 6).
