No, look closer... this is not a new colourful design for Yishun carpark

This multi-storey carpark at Yishun Block 428 looks like it has a new roof to add a splash of colour to the neighbourhood.

But look closer and you will realise that it is not exactly the case.

Stomper Anonymous spotted an array of laundry being left out to dry at the carpark's rooftop.

She came across the sight yesterday (May 3) at around 1pm and said it was the first time she noticed this in the area.
