How about a safety harness? Worker 'shakes' and nearly falls off ladder at Segar Road

Stomper Tan was concerned to see a worker standing on a metal ladder without any safety harnesses or equipment along Segar Road.

Based on photos from Tan, the worker appeared to be washing and cleaning an overhead shelter.

Said the Stomper:

"I am a resident at Segar Road in Bukit Panjang.

"I am just wondering if this is allowed for the washing, as I saw the worker standing on the ladder and 'shaking'.

"On a few occasions, I saw him almost falling down.

"Without any safety precautions, what will happen if he had fallen from this height?"
