Zebra bites China zoo worker during performance and drags him around like ragdoll

A video circulating online shows a zebra biting an employee's arm and dragging the helpless figure around at the Chimelong Safari Park in Guangzhou.

The man's colleagues can be seen chasing after the pair, though the animal appeared to show no intention of letting him go.

According to Shanghaiist, it took more than two minutes to free the unfortunate worker from the zebra's clutches.

Some netizens have quipped that the mammal was taking revenge for his fallen comrade in Ningbo, China, where a tiger was shot dead for mauling a visitor to death.

In that earlier incident, the man had inadvertently climbed a three-metre wall to avoid paying for a zoo ticket, but inadvertently ended up in an enclosure of tigers where he was killed.
