COOs reject anonymous resumes -- and get their minds blown when the people behind those resumes are revealed

Millennials are deemed as being the luckiest generation with everything given to them on a silver platter.

However, being a young generation also has its challenges and a video posted on Facebook by Jay Shetty highlights the issue many youths face when attempting to get a job. 

The video have been viewed over two million times.

In the video, four chief operating officers were asked to read resumes without knowing who they belong to and assess them. 

They would then tell the interviewer if they would hire the candidates and why. 

Most of the candidates got rejected for reasons such as not enough work experiences and not enough educational qualifications.
