19-year-old Malaysian student dies after losing control of motorbike and hitting tombstone on grave

A 19-year-old student died after losing control of his motorcycle and landing on a grave in a cemetery in Alor Gajah, Malacca.

Muhammad Faiz Akmal Mohd Radzali succumbed to severe head injuries after hitting the tombstone of the grave at the Jalan Lendu Muslim cemetery on Mar 18.

According to The Star via AsiaOne, he was found lying on the grave with his motorcycle.

Local traffic police believe that he had lost control of his bike while turning a sharp corner near the burial ground.

"The victim is believed to have been flung and landed on the grave after ramming into the burial ground fencing," said a police spokesman.
